You have to give the Panthers D some credit. They stiffled the Rams high potent offense. They punched them in their mouths and backed it up. Fatigue played a minor role in the 4th quarter which allowed the rams to tie it up. But in the OT's, they got back up and right hooked the Rams again. The Rams had 3 chances to score TD's. They (the Rams) should have been up 21-0, but only got field goals out of them.
Remember folks, John Fox is a defensive genius, and yes, I said "genius". Fade back to 2001 when the high powered Vikes came into Giants Stadium to play for the NFC championship and Fox was the Giants defensive coordinator. If I remember correctly the final score was 44-0...Giants.
I don't see either Philly or Green Bay beating them.
