i would get anti acne body wash and get in the pool and get some sun

Nothing really helped me but a low dose roaccutane (isotretinoin) cleared my acne for good.

If it is due to hormones, it may be really hard to get rid of completely. Try to get things balanced. You can also just try tanning and scrubbing. Stay away from accutane.
