Quick Question....Barbecue Sauce

I've been using it alot lately on my chicken cause I am a shitty cook and it's quick to put on top of chicken with a little seasoning. It has no high fructose corn syrup but has about 10g natural sugar per 2 tbsp.
It's ok to use barbecue sauce right?? I hope so, lol It's the only way I can eat so much chicken.
And how else can I make my chicken taste better??

its fine. simple carbs should be a major role in your diet. just measure and count it.

heres a couple more easy toppers if you get board with bbq

lemmon pepper seasonong on the chicken before you cook it.

chop the chicken up into little pieced load in up with black pepper and stir fry it with green peppers in evoo

I see EVOO and all of a sudden, I want to strangle Rachel Ray. I can't stand the BIT*H.

If she put as much energy into cooking and eating as she does into talking, she'd be the size if a Ralphy May LOL

Try this for chicken
you will need 2 eggs
1/2 cup of Progresso Italian bread crumbs (every supermarket carries this brand)
crack open a couple of eggs
beat until well mixed
dip your chicken in the egg
put the bread crumbs on a paper plate and spead out.
now, roll your chicken in the crumbs
bake in the oven at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
use a thermometer to be sure the inside of the chicken reaches a temp of 165 deg. NO LOWER or you may get sick(uncooked chic=salamonilla) not spelt right LOL

You will be suprised at how good it taste's

for some reason i dont like baked breaded chicken. i pan fry it. i also bread it twice. after the first breading you can refridgerate it for about 1/2 hour then do the whole breading process again.

joe d,
What do you use to fry with?

I like the oven process cause it tends to leave the chicken a little more moist IMO

Lately ive been chopping fresh oregano, thyme and rosmary..add to a bowl with EVOO and fresh garlic and lemon juice to marinate the chicken in and grill it. Fresh herbs and veggies are the way to go, start a garden if you can much cheaper than the store
