questions for long time users 10 yrs plus

The biggest problem I have encountered is injury,

First part of this year I was hindered by sore shoulders and elbows, corrected that and then tore the triceps off my humerous and snapped the biceps tendon.

Post operative about 2 months and just getting back into the gym.

Hey BigCracker, from your post it appears you have been on pretty much non-stop since you were 22. My question is, have you used HCG regularly throughout that time, or did you even have access to hcg back then?

I ask because I started feeling a little crappy towards the end of my cycle, though I feel that I was using too much aromasin and suppressing my estrogen levels too much.

I know that HRT involves more than just adequate test levels. Estradiol and LH and fsh need to be healthy as well.

How have you felt and what have you done to feel good while on for really long periods of time? How did you keep your nuts healthy?

Thanks.

great post Bigcracker. I will be extending my cycles also soon so it was great to see what was in store, well hopefully ha ha.

Big-

sounds like you're on borrowed time. You're still healthy cause your still young. Be careful in your 50s cause thats when the problems will rear their ugly head.

Keep the diet clean and the mgs low and maybe lose some bodyweight to give your heart a break and you should be fine.

LOL. I heard the same things from guys in my 20's and 30's. Keep in mind that my lifestyle is not that of the typical guy my age. I don't have a wife or kids to stress me out and I'm pretty well off financially. I'm self employed so I don't ever haver to worry about getting fired or outsourced either. I've never worked more than about 30 hrs a week since age 25. As far as losing weight goes, I'm probably around 11% bf or less. I weighed 215 lbs at age 18 and was pretty lean so I'm probably genetically gifted to carry a higher than avg bodyweight to begin with. However I do plan on dumping another 20lbs in the near future. I keep putting it off because I know that I can do it at will. After so many years of being so obsessed with my appearance, it's nice not caring soo much about it anymore. I even used to be too embarassed to buy anything unhealthy to eat. I actually used to care what the checker at the grocery store would think! LMFAO! I'll heed your advice about the big 5-0. As I stated earlier, I never expected to live to be as old as I am in the 1st place. That doesn't mean I wanna die prematurely. If I make it to 60 I'll have outlived both of my parent's lifespans. Needless to say their day to day lives were a lot shittier than mine and their midwestern diets sucked ass.

As far as the low mgs go, I'll be doing more of the same. I don't look that much better on 3K/mgs a wk than I do on 300mgs/wk to justify the expense or risks anyway. Oh no-my chest!!! I think it's the big one...Nope, just gas I guess? If I joke about it, it won't happen right? lol :p

I know that HRT involves more than just adequate test levels. Estradiol and lh - leutenizing hormone - and FSH - follicle stimulating hormone - need to be healthy as well.

Actually HCG was pretty easy to get since I started. I've always been under the impression that regularly using it and kick starting my natty test levels only to have them shut down again cuz I never go off did more harm than good. I could be wrong though??? Maybe someone else could give an opinion on this.

As far as anti e's go, I only use them pre contest and if I felt the reason to use them(excessive bloat, nip sensitivity). Until a few yrs back all I had access to was Nolva anyway.

As far as how I feel goes, as long as I kept my weight under 300lbs I never really felt that bad. Being heavy made day to day stuff like climbing stairs and getting off the couch a task. I'd usually get sick of it and diet it off after awhile.

As far as my nuts go, they've never been much of a concern. When I took that 6 months off a couple years back they dropped and almost seemed like a nuisance. I like small nuts. They make my cock look bigger. lol As far as boner probs, I never really had many aside from the usual performance anxiety I'd get once in awhile from being with a new chick or multiple chicks at once. lol I used to have a fear of losing it altogether so I had this use it or lose it mentality. Once Viagra came out on the Rx market I quit worrying about it. I don't even "need" pussy anymore as I met my personal lifetime's quota of lays many years ago. I still like it plenty though. :qt: It's actually kinda nice not having my cock rule my life so much anymore. In fact I pass up a lot of opportunities to get laid cuz I don't like the risks associated with it like catching HIV or getting some tramp prego.

banging just under a hundred chicks is nothing to brag about. I have done that, even on my shitty midwestern diet. lol Point is don't settle, because you only live once.

did you shrink that much??

It's tough to say since I haven't been in contest shape for so long. My bodyweight is still up there. People still freak out on my appearance wherever I go even though I always wear sleeves that cover my arms past the elbow and shorts to the knee. I still get asked if I compete and people spit the dreaded "S" word at me as I walk by so I must not be too much of a pencilneck these days? The only real difference is my lifts. I go a lot lighter on everything-which seems to have brought out my vascularity that much more.

Lets see...

tore pec (surgery)
bad left knee (surgery x2)
Weakened tendon in right bicep (wish it would tear so I can have surgery on it)
Lower back issues (worse than anything else above when it acts up)

My juice days are probably done. I'm a lot happier (and healthier) at 225 than a few years ago at 250-260.
