questions about intensive training

I heard the more intensive the training, the more fat you burn and more muscle you develop, I would like to ask you besides training with weights
what other high intensity exercise you can do for mass and fat burning, thanks for replying.

Not a lot. There are tons of high intensity workouts that will help you burn fat and get more defined, but if you are looking to increase muscle mass, you must increase the use of those muscles. Really the only way to make them grow is to work them. And as you train more, the only way you can continue to increase mass is increase weight and intensity.

For fat loss you can do cardio - this will always work for fat loss. However, if you want to develop muscle mass, you will always need to work with weights, because these are the best way of stressing your muscles, and if they don't get stressed, they do not grow.

What I like to do while cutting is make my rest periods much shorter. I will cut them down to about 30 seconds between sets. This allows me to keep my heart rate much higher than my typical rest periods.

I also incorporate cardio into my routine 3-4 days per week after weight training.

Besides that it just comes down to being in a caloric deficit every single day.

obviously if you sprint for 15 minutes you will burn more calories if you walk for 15 minutes. the intensity matters

however it is still good to walk vs. sitting on your couch eating chips. make sure you are exercising daily, it really doesn't matter what you do.. it could be tennis, fishing, swimming, bicycling.. even working on your car is exercise

finding hobbies that you like are awesome

Check out high intensity interval training -> https://www.evolutionary.org/hiit-sp...vs-liss-cardio

It is WAY more intense then traditional steady state cardio.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) consists of short, maximum effort intense sprints performed several times with rest periods in between. This is regarded as the most effective way to burn fat when it comes to cardiovascular exercise. A typical HIIT session may look something like this:

  • 5 sets of 30 second 100% sprints with 2 minutes active rest in-between.

HIIT increases mitochondria biogenesis. What this means is that you are able to grow new and stronger mitochondria. Mitochondria are the “Power House” of the cells and improving them allows us to burn more fat. It will also enable us to improve insulin sensitivity, increase metabolic rate, and increase overall fitness levels.HIIT has also been shown to improve V02 Max which will allow you to train harder with more ease, and also recover faster between sets.
