First off, I'll start out with a quick introduction...20 yrs old, 6'3'' 225 lbs...I've been lifting seriously for about 16 months, focusing mainly on gaining mass (high protein/carb diet, creatine supplementation, etc), and I've shot up from about 180 lbs to my current 225...Lately, I feel like I've reached a plateau with my mass gains, seems impossible to get over 225...Therefore my question is, would it be a good idea to switch into a cutting phase for a while, with a diet change and ECA, to possibly prepare my body for further mass gains down the road?
