I keep mine in the pantry , cause cold pb is nasty.
It shouldnt be a problem keeping it out of the fridge, from what i understand keeping it refrigerated is to stop the oil from separating, which is easily fixed by giving it a bit of a stir when you use it next.

I've never refrigerated mine... it says fine since it doesn't last more than a week usually.


So, I say no refridgeration after opening... unless storing for unGodly amount of time.

i fridge mine, but take it out and leave it out for about 5 mins. I usually leave it alone if its still full, but i hate getting that shit on my fingers so when its low i put it in the fridge.

Anyone try the smart balance natural peanut butter? 1,000mg of omega-3's & 1,300mg Omega-6 per serving. After having that any other NPB makes me want to gag. I live in the southeast so i can only find it in Publix grocery stores cant find in kroger. Not sure if you can find it up north. Good shit though!

A little trick to keep it mixed well is to mix it, turn the jar upside down so it sits on its lid between uses.

I put my ANPB in the fridge (crazy richards or smuckers) and I don't have a problem.. I guess it is a little harder then if stored in the pantry tho...

Try Skippy brand ANPB. You don't ever have to stir it. Its the best tasting too...and no you don't have to keep it in the fridge if you don't want to.
