i just dump the oil off once it separates and I never worry. tastes just as good, less fat, and it doesn't separate as easily once you get the "bulk" of it down the drain.

You prob know, but you're better off mixing the oil in with it because this a rich source of the efa's

Def devcon is right, the whole idea of eating the peanut butter is for the EFA's wich you are dumping out. Better save them badboys!
