The good-mornings went well last night! (That sounds weird)
First I put a little too much weight on the bar and as I bent forward, almost tipped myself over. Sometimes I think I'm more of a powerhouse than I really am!
After shaking my head at my own foolishness, what better way to get an injury?, I lowered the weight and then was able to do them sorta-properly.
I tried to keep my legs pretty straight without being locked but found I couldn't bend forward enough to get my back parallel to the ground. So I had to bend my knees a bit more to allow that range of motion.
