I have read all your keto diet articles, and I am psyched about trying the MKD. I do have a few questions, pardon if they are silly.
1) It mentions morning workout, which I assume is an aerobic workout, but it doesn't mention about the intensity.
2) I have never done a keto diet before, what are the carb guidelines. Can I have any at all? What is the max I should take throughout the day? At any one meal?
