I thought these were ok to eat, but it says right on the ingredients..."high fructose corn syrup"
I am starting to think i'd be better off eating wheat bread. Is this the end of my love affair w/ritz ?
In addition to the high fructose corn sugar (...which Macro has a post on here, let me find it .....) I bet it also has trans-fats, and are HIGHLY processed.
Wheat bread ain't a whole lot better, unless you get the dark, grainy, natural stuff.
I got the idea to eat the ritz on here. I think several people eat em'. Now what...triscit's maybe? I eat them with my daily can of tuna.
Geez sometimes it feels like Nothing is Allowed.
