Question about vascularity

Hey gals, I gotta know...

I'm making some nice gains, and natually I might add. I work out VERY hard, about an hour a day, on a 4 day split routine. Thus, I train one part once a week.

I have been getting some pretty good vascularity. So far, mostly in my forearmas. They are starting to peek ou of my biceps too. While I like it, is it normal to feel them squrim? When I lift heavy, I can really feel them now, while before I couldn't. I feel like they could just pop at times. Especially doing preacher curls. Is this normal? Do I need to worry about anything?

See ya!

I would say its your tendons, not your veins. When I was a couple weeks out from my show, I had such low bodyfat that I could feel the tendons moving around. no fat to pad/cushion/support your tendons as much and also the skin being in such close contact with the underlying tissues is a weird feeling for sure.

i get that feeling too sometimes. haha i thought i was the only one who described it as pop
