Good lord, I haven't ate bread in i don't know how long.
But if I eat at texas roadhouse on the weekend.... I will be consuming yeast rolls with cinnamon butter..(it's just out of my control)
Is my alteration on the shakes ok shadow?? Or should I go buy some skim milk?

"A" roll. Mwahahahah! That is soooo funny. I can' t get out of there w/less than 2 rolls in my belly. Sometimes 3
I always get the salads and the grilled bbq chicken. And I always leave feeling like I just ate a load of bricks. Never want supper that day
For a tasty salad dressing, try: Some vinegar (apple cider, red wine or balsamic {balsamic does have sugar tho}), mustard, pepper, spices, 1 tblsp olive oil, 1 tsp. minced scallion & red onion. Whisk all together & serve on salad.
Use the above to mix in with your tuna. You can eat it plain -- but who'd want to?? Mix salsa in it, vinegar, FF mayo (1 tblsp), 1% cottage cheese or chopped veggies.
And I don't see why the veggies on your salad would hurt -- the more veggies the better IMO.....
As far as veggies in the salad -- mostly depends on your goals. Just to keep it in perspective -- generally the more color in your meal, the better it is as far as more of the stuff your body can use -- enzymes, etc. But if you are on a targetted restricted diet (e.g. for competition), the sweeter veggies like corn, tomatoes, etc are not good. They are higher GI foods -- mostly sugar.
Tomatoes are bad They are the highlight of my salad.
Well I only used about 5 grape tomatoes. I liked the baby spinach leaves. Never had em' b4. My boys( 5 & 7) wanted to try em' and THEY liked em'.
Jenscats; I am afraid to try to "make" my own dressing. I don't feel too confident on that. And I don't really enjoy the taste of vinegar.
But thanks so much anyhow. I am def gonna try the cottage cheese with the tuna. That sounds palatable , with wheat crackers too of course.
