Question about running.

My calves are always the first thing to go in a race, is there anything that can be done to prevent that? or do I just have to train more or harder?
 
Distance running, right?


Just train your calves for endurance. 3x20. "You become your training."

Not sure what else to say. :confused:
 
I need to work on finding a way to train my calves, without overtraining them. I run 6 days a week, and usually do a hard workout (200's 300's 400's) 2 or 3 times a week.
