Boy do I know this one!!!!! Just got to dig down deep and try and not focus on the matter at hand too much.... Time goes by a little bit sweeter that way.
 
I really really want a piece of chocolate cake or chocolate anything. Maybe I can find a black beans recipe that makes something that resembles chocolate cake.......

How about adding baking chocolate and splenda to your egg whites? Not sure what your calorie restrictions are but there is not that many in it and you can get the dark kind. Orr you could try sugar free chcolate coffee syrup and add it to your eggs, or coffee....

I was eating one of my earlier meals today and being the slick person that I am, I managed to gouge a big hunk outta the roof of my mouth, with a plastic spoon no less! Hurts like a b****!

I guess I'll be "drinking" meals for a day or two. It takes sheer and utter talent to injure oneself with a plastic spoon.

Even after 2 advil & 2 Excedrine migraine my mouth was still throbing when I hit the gym. Good thing I keep orajel on hand for grammy's punkin, it came in very handy tonite. Obviously I avoid bending over as it throbs worse. Dumb ass me took off the skin behind the front tooth & then this afternoon Max cracked me in the face with his hard head. Yep, he cracked me right on the mouth.

My head hurts.
My face hurts.
My tummy hurts.
