Given recent events I've taken a hard look at what I need to do. I will be giving up my gym membership, cable tv & my dsl at home. I prepaid my plat membership here so I have a few months left on that. I'm not sure how much dial up is these days so I have to check on that. I've gone past the 1yr mark on my dsl so it's now doubled in price. A pc tech w/o an internet connection at home. :sick:

I guess it's a good thing I didn't sell the weight bench. ;)

Here's the weight bench that I have in the basement. I don't remember how much total weight I have with all the plates but I know it's less than 200lbs. Looks like I'll be doing a reorg on my routine again.

UNCLE LEE'S - DELICIOUS PLUM SPICE TEA - naturally sweetened - very good! The local health food store was giving away free samples of this tea and I grabbed one. I am drinking it now and it tastes really good. It's almost too sweet so if I get anymore of it I'll be sure to add a little extra water.
 
You ever have one of those days where all you really want to do is grab a large swiss mocha w/extra whipped creme, a warm cinnamon honeybun and a smoke?


Luckily there aren't any honeybuns in the vending machine & I left my money in the back pocket of my pants from yesterday.

2 tbsp Promise butter (barely skimmed the bread but took #'s for 2 tbsp)
(I had an upset stomach and this usually helps)

Obviously I'm in a pissy mood. Going to Treils show was going to be a gift to myself for all the hard work I've done & everything I've been thru already this year. It was going to be my sabbitical of sorts & I was finally going to meet a lot of the people who have kept me motivated. Ready to be surrounded by energized people instead of the dullsville residents from tard alley.

I was so pissed off that I didn't even want to go to the gym tonite, but I went anyway. I'm goin to have a really really really hard time giving up that membership.

I'm really sorry to hear about your gym membership, Que!. I really think you deserve it! You've worked hard and have been dedicated to yourself. Don't loose that (the dedication to YOU)!!!!! :rose:
