Unless I misunderstood it - I don't think it's different this week. It's time to kick it up a notch or two.
 
First I must say that I absolutely LOVE your log!!! :lmao:

Second....I don't think I've ever heard "It's raining like a cow p'ing on a flat rock" - THAT cracked me up!

Third....I love the new Fitday. Kinda' made me think I made a mistake when I first logged on.

Fourth.....Most digital camera's have a timer so you can take pics of yourself (that's how I do mine)

Fifth.....Show the little brat how it's done! She THINKS she can out smart you! (they ALL think they can) lol

and last - have a great week 2 kickin' it up a notch! BAM!!!!!!!!
 
***Week 2, Day 1***

Monday 04/03/06

Supplements:
*Flintstone Complete multi vitamin. (1x per day) (Go ahead & laugh it's all I have atm.)
*Calcium w/D - 600mg/125IU (1x per day)
*Vitamin C – 1000 mg (1x per day)
*Gentle Iron – 28 mg (Iron glycinate) (2x per day for next few days)
*Acetyl L-Carnitine w/Alpha Lipoic Acid – 400mg / 200mg (3x per day)
*Lethitin - 1200mg (3x per day)
*B Complex - (1x per day)
*ON Whey – chocolate w/2% milk. Between 8-16oz per day, usually in the evening.

Breakfast
1 packet instant oatmeal, reduced sugar, maple & brwnsgr flavor.
48 oz coffee w/splenda & FF creamer

Snack
17 oz Fuze Cranberry/Apple but I didn't get to eat. System issues.

Lunch
12 oz Cottage Cheese, LC, 4% mf
6 oz Tuna, water packed, drained (mixed in CC)
20 oz coffee w/half & half & real sugar (ran outta splenda at work)

Snack
Didn't get to eat that one either. Different system issues. (I could have solved all the problems with a couple of M80's and a lighter.)


*****WORKOUT - LEGS*****

Dinner
6 oz chicken
1 c cooked broccoli (from frozen)
1 c cooked cauliflower (from frozen)
(I'm trying to eat but I'm just not very hungry tonite)

Late Snack "should be"
8 oz ON choc whey shake w/2% milk

--Glute Mach..4x15/12/8/6 #20 (each leg)
--Leg Ext.......4x15/12/8/6 #40
--Leg curls.....5x15/12/12/8/6 #40 (heavier next wk. didn't feel it today)
--Leg Press....4x15/12/8/6 #40
--Calf Raises..4x15/12/8/6 #30 (OWIE OW OW!)
(standup machine & weight rests on your shoulders w/pads. I like this one better than the one I tried last week. So this machine it is.)

Stationary Bike
15 min - level 8
45 sec - level 14 all out push

I finally broke a sweat this evening. (a decent sweat that is) When I left the gym I felt like I was walking on noodles and it felt like I had actually done something. Tomorrow should be fun.

I made an appointment to get my body fat tested on Saturday morning. It's $10 and they hook a machine up to you and it runs an electrical current through you. ECG?? I forgot what he called it but there's no pinching or calipers involved. ;)

I asked my daughter when she would be coming home from her dad's....she said "she wanted to talk about that...." I'm sure that means she wants to go live with her dad. :bawling:

My house is too qiuet for her cuz she has to have drama, attention and chaos at all times or she's unhappy. If it's too quiet she picks a fight so she can go stay with dad for a few days. She said she didn't want to talk about it over the phone so I'm sure that's what she wants. :bawling:

I'm having trouble with this because even though I know her motivation (I won't do everything for her and the baby while she's out running around with friends) Neither of them do without. I still feel like I've failed at being a mom because my child doesn't want to be with me. :bawling:

Since she's 18 I can't really say no anyway.

I love her and I love my grandbaby and if she does move across town to her dad's I will miss them terribly. (especially the grandbaby :bawling: :bawling: :bawling: )

I'm trying to find the positive in this but it's eluding me. The thought of more gym time isn't helping. In theory I could go twice a day and kick my own ass into shape, but alas, I can't find comfort in that at the moment.

The best thing you can do is LET HER GO! Tell her you'll miss her and your grandchild and wish her well. She's doing this to PUNISH YOU! ....and it's working. Don't play her game, Que. Wish her well. She'll be back.

Woke up late, didn't sleep well. My legs are a little sore today but not too much. The back of the knees feel weird but we'll see how they feel after a shower. Today is BACK DAY !!!!!!!!!
 
whoooaaa - have fun with back day today!! I am so sorry you didn't sleep well - hopefully your energy will increase as the day goes on. Especially after the workout!! ;)

I'm posting this at 8:08am Indiana time. My alarm goes off at 5 am but I didn't drag my butt out of bed until about 6:30am. Guess I'm a slacker today.
