Que's Journey begins

Well I borrowed a digital camera from the neighbor. (He loaned it for an hour. :rolleyes: Don't ask)

Turned all the lights on to avoid using the flash and tried to take some pics in front of the full-length mirror. Didn't work very well, flash still went off every time. The pics weren't very good and what defininition I do have doesn't come thru. I even tried using the zoom but no luck. I guess I'll have to wait till I can get someone to operate the camera and there's no way in h*** I'd ask him to do it.

I didn't get the yard mowed or make it to the gym. I DID get the shopping done and I didn't buy any more of the evil peanut butter and I managed to get some laundry done. I developed a nasty headache and realized it was because I hadn't eaten almost all day.

Here's a funny for you:

My daughter won't help me by taking the pics cuz she says it's porn.

Mom's a certified pc tech.

Mom found a deleted picture or two "just lyin around on the harddrive" yesterday. :verygood:

Mom quietly & calmly confronted 18 yr old daughter & boyfriend about pics.

Daughter and boyfriend became very very pale & breathing became somewhat rapid. :worried:

Mom thinks daughter will now take non-porn before pics. :evil:




She just keeps forgetting that I AM the Queen B*tch in this house. Hahaha QUE-B :p
 
I remembered to eat today and also mowed the yard. That's about an hour of cardio. I mow rather fast & I was trying to beat the rain. I got a little wet but not much.

First mowing of the season and I had forgotten how much I like the smell of fresh cut grass.

Yard looks like crap so I know that there's going to be some extra work needed this spring to get it back in shape. Winter is hard on my yard because the snowplows throw all the snow, salt and sand up in the yard and the salt kills the grass. Happens every year. Lather, rinse, repeat. ;)

-Standing calf raises - 15 each leg - #10 - I couldn't seem to get this adj right.
-Glute Machine - 1 set each leg- 10 reps #15 (just to get used to the machine.)

-Hyperextension - 3s - 12r
-High row - 4s - 15/12/8/6 #25 need to go a little heavier
-Seated row - 4s - 15/12/8/6 #??
-lower back - 4s - 15/12/8/6 #50 need to go a little heavier
-assisted chin up - 4s - 15/12/8/6 #115 (my favorite machine )
-NG pulldown - 4s - 15/12/8/6 #50

Wednesday - Chest Day - 03/29/06

-Incline press - Triple drop set - 6/8/10r - #20/10/5
-Chest press - 3s - 15/10/10 #22 (forgot it wasn't 15/12/8/6)
-Incline flys - 3s - 8/5/5 - #25
-Seated chest press - 3s - 10r - #50
-Cable crossovers - 3s - 10r - #30

Abs:
-Oblique crunches, 10 each side (4TUT each rep)
-Crunches, 10 (4TUT each rep)

Stationary Bike:
-5 min - level 15
-2 min - level 4 (cool down)

Thursday - Shoulder Day - 03/30/06

-Shoulder press machine - up - 3s - 10r #3 (it doesn't say lbs. just 1,2,3,4, etc.)
-Shoulder press machine - front - 3s - 10r - #3 ^^same machine, diff grip
-Side lat press - 3s - 10r #25
-Rotary machine - 4r #25 (can't seem to get the hang of this one and #25 is lowest weight. Off the list until I'm stronger.)
-Incline lat machine - 3s - 10r #10/0/0

Abs:
-Machine Crunches, 2s - 20r/10r #40

Stationary Bike
-1 min - level 15 (all out push)
-10 min - level 7 (seat is uncomfortable due to mother nature's bs)
-1 min - level 15 (all out last 30 seconds)

Walked the dog
-.5 mile round trip, fast pace. Only stopped 4,689 so he could p on everything

Friday - Biceps/Triceps - 03/31/06

-Low row machine - 3s - 15r - #30
-Lat row machine - 3s - 15r - #25
-Bicep curl machine - 3s - 10r - #15 I prefer dumbells to this machine
-Tricep Extensions - 4s - 10r - #5/5/5/10 <--how sad are those numbers?

Treadmill
-5 min - 3.5 mph
-5 min - 3.9 mph (this is about normal walk the dog speed for me)
-5 min - 3.0 mph (cooldown)
