SuperCK - Some days I eat toward the high end of the calorie range and other days I'm at the lower end.
Diva-Roo I haven't flucuated very much from the weight I started at when I started journaling.
Wlmcrae - I dropped gymtime in favor of a 2nd job that is physical, however, I've been doing this since summer so I don't think it's an issue of muscle gain.
I'm in plateau hell.
I'm sure there's something I'm doing or not doing - I just have to figure out what that is. Maybe my body has gotten used to my diet or maybe the 10-12x body weight isn't right for me since my activity level has increased, maybe my caloric deficit is too high now??
I have no idea. I just know that I've very very frustrated at the moment.
