Pushups

I've started to do weighted pushups at the end of my chest day, Get someone to throw a few plates on your back and have them strip them off one by one when you start to fail.

I get the craziest pumps from doing this

I used to do 300 finger tip push ups every day when I was a kid. They are a great exercise. It's amazing how fast you can get them done, too. I used to blast out 6 sets of 50 in about 7 minutes total time.

Arnold Shwarzenegger did 500 push ups every day before he even left his house. He might still do them.
 
That's not even all too impressive. It's just a high number, says nothing for strength and you don't really need much more endurance then say, 100 pushups or so?
 
Push ups

A highly effective exercise.
Great warm up for the higher poundage stuff, or high reps by themselves.
I like to super set them with weighted dips.
For variation try changing your hand spacing, or raising /lowering your feet. Think you're hardcore? Try doing them suspended between chairs, both hands and feet.
