Is that bone broth that you're gonna make on the right? That's a great thing after a sickness.

Man, you look super lean.

That's the bright side of being sick. You can definitely take advantage of that.

Abs are really showing really well. You've got a very impressive physique.

Looking forward to seeing what you're capable of in the future.

Sickness is part of life. I would say all of us get sick twice a year on average.

LEGS DAY

thought of the day:
aside from the 10 days of illness, in which I lost a lot of weight and then regained it the following week, in general the weight is quite stagnant... ergo, it's time to change something.

The next few days will be dedicated to planning, and probably from March something will change

Starting this week, I've updated my workout plan and diet.

I've paused the bulking phase I began in September to focus on refining muscle quality buried under a layer of fat that I aim to reduce.

I'll be reducing my carbohydrate intake and incorporating Anavar alongside my testosterone regimen, but nothing extreme.

My training schedule now includes two consecutive days of workouts followed by a rest day, during which I'll focus on cardio, abs, or some light stretching.

Your body fat seems really low.

It's definitely a combination of your hard work and your diet.

Just found out. You were Brazilian. I had no idea. Based on your Instagram, but not sure if that's accurate.

Man, I like all your dogs. That's really cool.

Make sure everybody you follow Phil's instagram!

nice job Phil.

You are an absolute beast and Unstoppable.

Proud of you,You are looking really good. Most people would dream of your physique.

You are definitely winning life, my friend.

Very inspirational. I love your updates.

"I couldn’t stick to the diet because..."

BULLSHIT.

Let’s be real
the only reason is that you’re lazy and unmotivated. You didn’t fail because the plan was hard, or because life got in the way. You failed because you didn’t want it bad enough. You chose comfort over discipline. You didn’t take five minutes to plan your meals or get your ass moving.

You don’t need to be a genius or a fitness freak to stick to a diet. You just need to get your head straight. Be motivated. Be organized. Be consistent. Decide what you want and go after it without making excuses.

People who get results aren’t special, they’re just willing to do the work.

So stop feeding yourself lies. You’re not a victim of circumstance. You’re just not doing what needs to be done. Yet.

after almost 3 months of agony with a deep pain in my shoulder, without being able to train my shoulders and chest and with many limitations in other muscle groups, after 3 weeks completely away from the gym, after 3 weeks of constant travel, after having lost just over 6 kg....

...today I start again from here.
This is the current situation: 75 kg
+1 kg compared to "yesterday", -5 compared to my ideal weight
