Hi guys, I was wondering between the bar and the rings which ones make you work out with more intensity , I have the pull up machine but I'm thinking of getting the set of rings, thank you.
im older with many old and RSI's. I now try to avoid any straight bar when. I love varying angles and assisted 1-arm pullup (dammit still can't do an unassisted 1). but I'm the long run. everything with a neutral grip just saves my body.
