Protein water

protein water is something new that I'm seeing pop up in different places. They started selling it at my gym at the little supplement store connected to it. Is this stuff good to drink during my workout or is it just a scam. It costs about $5 per bottle oh, so I figure if I get one each day it's maybe $100 invesment per month

Protein water is basically protein in water, it's cheaper to get a big protein tub no flavor and mix it with water, think about it

It is a gimmick, insufficient amount of protein, buy a tub and add as much as you need

imo... go for real food .. rich in protein, vitamins and minerals such as vitamins B6, B12, C, and D ..
