Yea I'm trying to cut that's why I don't want to take in a lot of fats or calories. I'll try the protein and banana thing for a week or 2 and see how it works. I eat a lot of greens throughout the day so that's not a problem it's just breakfast that I don't do well with
the banana is 20g of simple carbs , your body has been in a fasted state for hours while you slept and should react well to this and the quick absorbtion of the whey .
