I'm gearing up for my next stack and am trying to plan out my diet. I was just reading up on all the different types of protein offered. I never knew there was so much available. I'm planning on doing a shake with Protein Factory's Big Blast in it once a day, but I can't afford to be using it any more than that. I was wondering what other types of protein would be good for my other 1-2 shakes a day. My goal is to add lean muscle. I'm not really asking about brands so much as about actual protein types.
