Protein question???

After reading Huckleberry's article on protein (GREAT ARTICLE!), I revamped my diet. I wanted to get you guys input on this though. I workout at 5:30AM so I've started splitting my morning shake of Myomax half before and half after my workout. It contains 59g of carbs and:

49 g of Whey Protein and Amino acids
12 g of Glutamine
12 g of BCAAs
7.5 g of Creapure™ Creatine
3 g of Arginine
2.2 g of Ribose
Vition™ Zinc-Magnesium Formula
1 g of Taurine
100 mg Aminogen®
Essential Vitamins

I try to eat about 4-5 times during the day and then take a shake w/ ZMA before bed. It contains 36g of protein consisting of:

25% Caseinate
25% Soy isolate
25% CFM whey isolate
25% Milk isolate

Let me know what you guys think!!!
 
What is your protein to body weight ratio?
how many grams per day and taken at what hour intervals?
 
I weigh around 190lbs and I try to get 250g/day. I have a shake in the morning(1/2 before wkout, 1/2 after), a Lean Body bar a couple hours later, good lunch, small meal before afternoon cardio, small protein shake after cardio, good low-carb dinner, night time shake w/ ZMA. That's about it.
