Protein or carbs? Which is more important

What do you think is more important taking in protein or taking in carbs before a workout
can you maybe explain the differences between the two and how they will make a difference while you train. also any good carb or protein options.
 
i think protein is most important not carbs

the science is in and proves that training fasted is the most efficient way to train

your gym guru meathead friend will say i am wrong, but the science says i am right and so does the anectodal data

well sir, you are a sugar JUNKIE is why. just like any addiction you need it to function. the way you shake that addiction is to stop

we have a lot of stim and sugar junkies out there who cannot train

the first couple weeks will suck, but once you shake off that addiction you will never train not fasted again
