Protein of choice

Another source of protein exclusive to folks from around my neck of the woods is the tap water. There's all kinds of little tiny fuckin things floating around in it so I'd assume that it must be some sort of protein. Sure looks like it. (Love Canal was about 5 miles from where I hang my hat sooooo there ya go.) That would explain my freakishly large johnson and swinging pendulous balls.

Looks like ON whey 100% is gonna take it unless there are some others...speak now or forever hold your peace

Muscle Milk (the powdered kind) gets my vote for pre-workout and bedtime shakes...

Otherwise, AM, Mid-day, and Post workout will be a simple whey protein either from Protein Factory or ON

Like only1eagle said ISOPURE is going to be the best choice, its expensive but if you want the best its 100% whey isolate also has a ton of vitamins, glutamine, isoleucine, betalactogloban and BCAA's (branched chain amino acids) 50g of protein in 2 scoops i wont use anything else, except for Cell Tech Nightime but thats only before bed

Just wanted to say, yes, musclemilk is delicious. It is a nice mrp when you are moderate to low carbs. I'm not talking strict low low carbs, but it has a nice amount of healthy fats, which works best with lower carbs imo. I think the idea behind it is to somewhat mimick the old Rheo Blair protein from the old days. His stuff was slower digesting and mixed with lots of fat to "coat" the protein and help it digest well and slowly. Personally, I use whatever is cheap and just make my own tasty shakes with peanut butter added (when I'm doing lower carbs).
