i have protein powder which is bout 9 months old or 8 months? jus wondering if the shit is still good, its 100% whey from GNC, black bottle with red letters. n e one kno the stuff?

Quick question...what is a 5 pound bucket of that GNC protein powder going for nowadays in the US? I am on vacation in south america, and its running me $85US for a damn 2.5 kilogram container!!!!
