This would depend on your lean bodyweight and what kind of diet you are on. I personally usually aim for at least 2g protein/pound of lean bodyweight.

2 g for each pound of body weight is usually the minimum you'd shoot for possibly more depending how active you are IE-- A very active person as a sports playedr may need more but the bases is the 2g for each pound

i am 13.5 stone with about 25% body fat which iwant to reduce is 2g still agood idea. any diet/ protein intake advice i could do with some help.

2g per pound would be ok if you already train, but if you are just starting to train then gradually increase it until you get used to it. When you just start to put on a little fat ramp it back a bit, you may find at your weight and bodyfat you wont need that much anyway. Your body should respond well to a higher protein diet, remember reduce your carbs and increase your good fats.

Yeah, I'd stick with the 2g's per lb of lean body weight. . .I have no clue HTF that converts to friggin "stones".
