A buddy of mine wanted to know how much protein can be/should be consumed in one sitting? More so, how much protein can the body break down at one time?
How about protein powder? Because of his schedule he sometimes makes a protein shake with 4-5 scoops (approx. 100 g). Is this effective? If consuming protein by way of beef, chicken, fish....how much protein can be consumed/broken down in one sitting?
