protein farts

Anyone get these? I eat 300g-350g protein a day, and I fart like a pig in shit. Nasty ones too, who else has this?

take a fibre supplement to help move tht food through your git rather than have it sit there and ferment

Use lactose-reduced milk for making shakes, and only use 100% whey isolate powder....gas goes away.

I finally figured out what my pee smelled like the other day........TUNA!! But I thought I was nuts....nope, came to EF & found validation!!

not certain,but im not to concerned,just smells something wicked,rinsing may help im sure,but im lazy and just drain
