Protein cycling

You don't see any benefit? What about my weight gain!?
By depriving your body from protein that way, some over-compensation mechanism start to kick in. It takes around 10 days. When you reintroduce proteins after 3 weeks, the body starts to store proteins in the muscles thinking it will need them for the next starvation.
I gain as much muscle as if I was on AAS and you don't see any benefit? Are you an expert on human physiology and nutrition to declare there's no benefit?
So bro...you are in the minority here.......no need to reduce the protein and then cycle back on.....why risk losing hard earned muscle for those 3 weeks??? Esp. if you are training heavy......I'll bet much of the weight you gained was water and your results would be even better if you would have increased the protein even more...........maybe reduce

Yeah sure. So you can go from 178 12% bf to 191 11 % bf in 6 weeks, without changing anything but your diet. Good for you.

I didnt really think it was possible to only eat that much!!! thats psycho! I hear what your saying about flippin your body out! But fuck, do you really gotta go that low, I eat about 8 meals with that much protein in it apeice! I couldnt imagine eating that little amount!
