Hi everyone. I'm new around here, and I thought I'd post my home made protein bar recipe. It's really good, somewhat similar to one already posted.
2 cups oats
6 scoops protein powder (I use ON 100% whey, vanilla)
1/4 cup natty pb
1/4 cup sf syrup
makes 6 bars. cals 288, fat 8.3 (13%), carbs 24 (8%), fiber 3.3, prot 29 (59%)
you can also modify this a little.

1 cup dried nonfat milk powder
1/4 cup natty pb
1/4 cup sf syrup
tastes slightly better with the milk powder, but very good without.
