Protein Bar Advice

Looking for a protein bar that is low in carbs, low in fat, as well as low in calories, and has a good amount of protein.

Oh and if this isn't being picky they need to taste good too!

Most of what you are looking for are ridiculasly dear.
One bar I Somtimes Buy is $5.50. For 1 bar. Thats ridiculas.
And they claim to have WPI, WPC Soy NAd other Protein Blends in them. I wouldnt muind betting that they load it uop with Soy to Cheapen it for themselves.

Your offline atm, so I dont know what country your from, but In Australia (And possib;y other countires) We have abar called HPLC bar, made by Aussie Bodies.
Although it is $5.50, it tastes awseome.
Not sure about the carbs though, sorry

Give these a shot. They taste great, kind of like a soft brownie, and they have a great profile. only 1 gram of sugar. They have 200 cals and 20g of protein. Check it out.

Good luck. Biotest make a pretty good bar, but you have to buy them by the case.
