Anybody know if MyoPro Whey, by EAS, is any good? 22g's of protein per serving, is that little or alot? Trying to bulk up, when should I consume it, post workout, before bed, or both?
EAS is a good brand used it in the past, currently on GN tastes better to me.
Make sure you have a shake post workout within 30 minutes, add a bit of fruit i.e a banana some glucose powder and some flax seed oil, this will give you some extra calories, a thicker mix and help to spike your insulin levels which have dropped during training.
EAS is great but a bit high in price. Look around and try single packs if you can, that way you know what tastes better to you. But if you don't care about the money go for EAS!!!
