Hi i am currently cutting after doin a bulk diet,my weight is 170-175 and i am consuming 160-180 protein a day.....and half of the protein source comes from WHEY PROTEIN POWDER... now my question is for example 40gram protein mixed with water ,how much is really being absorbed into muscle/bloodsteam or does half of it get used and half get pissed out sinced its mixed with water, i ask this because i am worried about muscle catabolism because for some reason i feel that the whey protein gets pissed away when i mix it with water and drink lots of water after consuming the whey,plz help
