I'm not sure if there is a precendent on that.

Laws aimed at preventing prostitution are messed up for the most part anyway. They never stop prostitution and mostly don't reduce it. They just fuck people up.

In any case laws are fishy in defining prostitution, you could always ask a prostitute for a massage, and if that in turn leads to sex - well you 'paid' for the massage.

See the Dallas Police website where they post pictures of 'Johns' that have been arrested for solitciting prostitution. Whoever came up with that idea and whoever approved it to be implemented, should all be fired. Bunch of fuc***** morons.

I think that morality is drifting further away from the classic "religious" morality. If this is the case, then public policy will follow. And about the whole Stern thing that is Bullshit as well as the whole banning smoking in PRIVATE areas like restraunts. That is crazy!
