thank you, thank you , thank you. Was just having this discussion on another board. Basically i stated that i went to the gym without drinking the perverbial "preworkout" shake. Well, i had a tremendous workout, great lifts, great energy, etc.
I was just curious as to how many also do this. I feel if you have eaten a decent balanced meal at least 4 hrs before working out, you will be fine and not have that "bloated" feeling.
