Before or during taking your creatine or preworkout supps what do you like to eat or snack on before you hit the gym. Also how long do you wait to train after you consume it?

Dont know if a shake would be classed as a supp and/or snack?

I tend to throw everything in to my shake for convenience sometimes have the below

24g Whey
80g Rasberries
80g Blueberries
50g Blackberries

Then i have a post workout shake with diff contents.

Mixed with water.

Edit: forgot to add i have this on the way to the gym roughly 10-15 mins.
 
30-50 grams of complex carbs if you really want to push it with energy levels

I usually prefer to train on an empty stomach with last meal being at least 4 hours before
 
At 6'4 I need a lot of carbs to fill me out and give me energy before I train. I like to have around 6 whole eggs, one cup of oatmeal, 2 slices of whole wheat toast and 1-2 glasses of skim milk along with a multi, vitamin c and other various vitamins. I then wait 60 minutes and take 10 Amplify02 caps along with a small piece of fruit and a shake containing 20 grams of whey and some glutamine peptides. I also drink 2-3 cups of ice water with the Amp caps. Then 30 minutes later it's time for an other incredible workout thanks to quality carbs and Amplify stack. Then post workout a shake containing more peptides, 60 grams of whey, 80 grams of dextrose and 5grams of Pure Mcc.
 
Jesus i think i eat less in a whole day lol. But then again im only 5.11.

I was thinking of addidng dextrose to my post workout shake but i cant find any in UK i tried searching for everything Glucose/Dextrose and nothing comes up :(.

thank you, thank you , thank you. Was just having this discussion on another board. Basically i stated that i went to the gym without drinking the perverbial "preworkout" shake. Well, i had a tremendous workout, great lifts, great energy, etc.

I was just curious as to how many also do this. I feel if you have eaten a decent balanced meal at least 4 hrs before working out, you will be fine and not have that "bloated" feeling.
 
I'd like to have my last meal 2-3 hrs before my workout.....shake 30-45 mins before hitting the gym.
 
45 mins before training :

20 grams whey isolate
BCAA powder
L-Arginine
ALC
Caffiene
Taurine
L-Lysine
Glutamine

Mix all together, drink and grow. Have the same minus caffiene and increased protein plus simple carbs post workout.
