ok so a quick question...trying to get myself to eat better, and my husband left a lot of protein mix behind to make some shakes...do any of you know if taking that could do any harm to the fetus??? or will it just help??? Thanks

Here´s conversation about the issue. Maybe you could also ask your doctor about his/her opinion.
I didn´t take any supplements during my pregnancy, I wanted to do it as clean as possible.
