Preacher Curls - How to do them??

I'm going to have to try that one NY.

I tried to do some preacher curls this morning but I think my arms are too weak.
I did concentration curls as well and I felt a good burn. Hopefully I'll feel it tomorrow.
I've been working triceps before biceps. Should I switch the order around?

Do one heavy, one moderate each week & always do the heavy first (so you should switch each week). That is if you're doing *only* bi/tri. If the workout that day includes chest and/or back, do that first - before bi or tri (regardless if chest is moderate & tri heavy) - pre-exhaust the larger muscle group.

But since bi & tri are opposing muscle groups of comparable size (& one doesn't assist the other in movements), you can do either before the other.

I do chest & back first but I've been doing heavy triceps before biceps every time.

I'll switch it up for the next time!

It was so awesome feeling the burn with the concentration curls that I didn't want to stop.
I swear, if I didn't have to go get my kids ready for school I would have worked them until they fell off!

I love that feeling! Same thing here... I'd often work everything or work way beyond fatigue if I didn't know better! I have to make myself *leave* the gym more than I have to make myself go.

If only I could say the same thing for that cardio....
 
Nope,
I'm even worse with cardio.
I could go for hours ... I used to see those "calories burned" numbers go up and keep going and going.
Now I know better cause I realize after a while you start to burn muscle so I've cut down the cardio a bit.
I don't need to lose weight anymore.
My only goal is about 5% bf loss so a little less cardio and more weights.
