unknown bf % but probably 8.5-10.5% (somewhat ripped 6pack)
need a massive bulking diet...im back on the iso whey protein powder for the last few weeks, taking NO2 explode pre workout with ephedrine(sometimes),, noticing the ugly protein farts a lot,haha
I need a hard diet with about 3800 cals ...i think? I have been trying to gain weight for a lonnnnng time (look at some of my past posts over the past few years,,,, i was 136 lbs at 6'3 at one point, scary skinny...) i know some might recommend against this m1t cycle but i have done a 30 day plus d-bol cycle before when it really was not a good idea but now I have been training for a few solid years, been going especially hard on compound movements , bench, squat and deads lately and feel pretty strong,, this is also a good time in my life to do this cycle as i have school but a lot of time off to eat and train,, just gonna have to avoid weed and liqour for a while -2 week cycle)
goals: hit 180 lbs then cut a lil fat (im quite quite skinny at 162 lbs @ 6'3)
so i need a hard diet: check out what im thinking
meal 1: 4 poached eggs + 1 small yogurt + 1 banana + 1 orange juice
(lots of water throughout the day- im pretty good at this)
meal 2: oatmeal, maybe another yogurt, or bagel with cream cheese.
workout INTENSE (sipping gatorade throughout)
meal 3: protein + MRP shake
meal 4: boneless skinless chicken breast , lil teriyaki flavour
meal 5: tuna with a lil garlic mayo
I need more suggestions , especially about vegetables and fruits and meats that are preferably faster to prepare and eat and dont get too repetitive, i probably wont eat tuna every day, to be realistic. also i like old/extra old cheese its very high cals probably not amazing for me....I know myself too well, i will have more than a few cheat meals, pizza, quiznos, i will stay away from wendys and have been very good at avoiding soft drinks lately....its amazing the shit i can eat and stay at 160lbs @6'3.....some people dont understand it...so i know that without a scientist or doctor hassling me all day i will eat as clean as i can but no doubt slip up a bit.....i need some 'generally clean' ideas and anothying that might specifically help out with m m1t cycle (m1t is considered as far as i understand as 'almost steroids but not quite"...... thanks for any help
