* PRE-M1T cycle need a diet, Help me out!

stats:

6'3
162 lbs
unknown bf % but probably 8.5-10.5% (somewhat ripped 6pack)

need a massive bulking diet...im back on the iso whey protein powder for the last few weeks, taking NO2 explode pre workout with ephedrine(sometimes),, noticing the ugly protein farts a lot,haha


I need a hard diet with about 3800 cals ...i think? I have been trying to gain weight for a lonnnnng time (look at some of my past posts over the past few years,,,, i was 136 lbs at 6'3 at one point, scary skinny...) i know some might recommend against this m1t cycle but i have done a 30 day plus d-bol cycle before when it really was not a good idea but now I have been training for a few solid years, been going especially hard on compound movements , bench, squat and deads lately and feel pretty strong,, this is also a good time in my life to do this cycle as i have school but a lot of time off to eat and train,, just gonna have to avoid weed and liqour for a while -2 week cycle)

goals: hit 180 lbs then cut a lil fat (im quite quite skinny at 162 lbs @ 6'3)

so i need a hard diet: check out what im thinking

meal 1: 4 poached eggs + 1 small yogurt + 1 banana + 1 orange juice

(lots of water throughout the day- im pretty good at this)

meal 2: oatmeal, maybe another yogurt, or bagel with cream cheese.

workout INTENSE (sipping gatorade throughout)

meal 3: protein + MRP shake

meal 4: boneless skinless chicken breast , lil teriyaki flavour

meal 5: tuna with a lil garlic mayo

I need more suggestions , especially about vegetables and fruits and meats that are preferably faster to prepare and eat and dont get too repetitive, i probably wont eat tuna every day, to be realistic. also i like old/extra old cheese its very high cals probably not amazing for me....I know myself too well, i will have more than a few cheat meals, pizza, quiznos, i will stay away from wendys and have been very good at avoiding soft drinks lately....its amazing the shit i can eat and stay at 160lbs @6'3.....some people dont understand it...so i know that without a scientist or doctor hassling me all day i will eat as clean as i can but no doubt slip up a bit.....i need some 'generally clean' ideas and anothying that might specifically help out with m m1t cycle (m1t is considered as far as i understand as 'almost steroids but not quite"...... thanks for any help
 
Sounds like you just need to eat more - M1T is a prohormone, right? If so it is a waste of time, money, and is a health risk way greater than real AAS.

Also - 6'2" and you want to be 180 then cut - no way. 180 is VERY little for 6'2" - especially for someone claiming to be "going hard" on compound movements. Just my .02

M1T is basically one of the first pro hormones that came out. Its harsh on the body. Why not pick up some PerePhlex or Superdrol? or some REAL TEST?

since M1T is methylated testosterone, go get vial of it and inject. Lot better

but def right, PROHormones, all the sides of real deal stuff anyway and sometimes worse
 
at 5'11" I was 180lbs and scrawny....the M1-T is good stuff. To throw in the Garbage.
People always knockin aas but M1-t will give you worse sides will less results...here is what you should do. Go to costco and buy some food. Eat alot of it and really work out hard...ephedra should not be in the equation if you are looking to gain...It kills your appetite. Eat alot.
 
ok thanks for the info.....if 180 is "very small at 6'3" (it probably is....even tho that extra 18 lbs would be huge for me right now...that must mean i am a stick man to you people) i am eating 5 meals a day and going to sleep extremely full to the point of my stomach feels like it is stretching...... also mm107 if i used dbol already 2 years ago for 30+ days at 35mg (high dose, terrible training and diet, definitly got gyno even tho i used clomid and nolva....do i still have it then , since u say its permanent, so what do i have to lose with the m1t's if i already have this side (according to your 'permanent')

you are exactly right....everyone wants you to be 200+ but you need to be 180 FIRST!
