pre contest

never did a diurtetic for my last show, which cost me first, was holding some water in my legs,

wondering what I should do the last few days with a diuretic, what kind I should use,

also, I'm hearing about a lot of guys loading up with suspension the last couple of weeks to fill out,

any other things I should use in the crucial last two weeks?
 
200 mg DNP - 20 days
followed by 3 days no carbs ... 4th day carb up
halotestin/anavar/winny following last dose of dnp
lasix- diuretic (as u will be bloated for at least a week from the dnp)
but im not an expereinced bodybuilder, just think that u would get some good results with that, if ur willing to deal with some of the substances

Are there any other long term side effects to DNP,

and will it make my condition worst if I'm already in shape for the show , and I'm just trying top get rid of my water???

Don't want to lose 5-10 pounds of muscle after 2 1/2 months of hard dieting,
 
long term side effects - who really knows? its possible, but dont believe everything the fda says about it, they obviously exaggerate. It use to be in a lot of diet medications a long time ago but it gave some women cataracts.
I only recommended it b/c 12% bodyfat isnt impressive for precontest. At 20 day cycle and u could be 5-6%...However if its just water you want to lose, get lasix, just do some research on it, it very effective but dangerious is u dont know how to use it properly.
dnp is almost muscle sparing
i believe it was any who said keto diets spare the most muscle then dnp, i myself have not expereinced any muscle loss with dnp, however while u are on the cycle ur muscles will look flat and u will be significantly weaker due to the lack of glucose for your muscles. After your done , when u carb up on the 4th day u will experience glycogen supercompensation...Combine this with the halotestin/anavar (to supress appettite) I believe you would get great results. With ur dnp use clen/eca for added effectiveness...and yohimburn if you have female fat storage patterns(u said leg...yohimburn would help fat on your thighs)

I'm not a chump and wouldn't think of going onstage like that

definitely not a bad idea to do some more research before I thought about it, contest is still 5 months off, so still in fat mode,

Last show I cut out ephedrine, and clen 2 weeks out from the show, as a lot have experts have pointed towards the fact that this could flatten out your muscles the day of the show,

any views on this,

as for ketogenic diets, I don't believe they are at all necessary to get ready for a show,

for last contest actually used ketostix to ensure I didn't get anywhere near a ketogenic state

keto diets are not necessary but they are more muscle sparing than other diets imo, tho dnp is my personal favorite, as you will get incredible results faster than anything else with hardly any muscle loss(i use AAS just to make sure, tho you will not gain any muscle b/c u cannot lift heavy)
not saying u have fat legs, but if u did yohimbine would help. It might even help more than you think b/c it will get rid of the most minute stubborn fat that you probably cant even tell was there (if there is any)....It should also help with the water retention in the cells...best of all dnp is permament fat loss, there is no yo yo rebound. With five months away you can do dnp for 20 days yield great results and then do your preferred hardcore dieting until contest day (just remember dont do dnp too close to contest as u will retain water for 1-2 weeks) hence it wont matter if u use clen or ephedrine while on dnp b/c it wont be anywhere near your show....However, then you will have to sparse out your dnp cycle with your precontest cycle....lasix wil still be useful to get rid of remainig water before the show(tho the dnp water should be all gone)...The halo should be taken 4 weeks prior, w/ anavar/clen/eca for an overlapping 10 weeks...leave out the winny unless you get the injectable form otherwise it will be too much for your liver. If you do get injectable start 2- weeks prior to halo. no i dont compete, this is just my opinion for good results. obviously dont follow all these recommendations, just cut and paste what you think would be effective
