Chest - Back
Incline Press - 290 - 5X5*
Flat Press - 315 - 10X1**
Deadlifts - 315 - 10X3***
*PR, the weight absolutely flew up. Smooth motion. I can add more!
**PR. Smooth motion. Reps were powerful and smooth.
***PR, I have only done singles. Never did a work set with reps.
workout time was 1 hour. I needed the extra rest and it paid off. I am new to deadlifting. Luckily for me there was an Olympic lifting wizard in the gym. He was perfoming heavy cleans, power cleans, snatches, and oly squats. I asked him to watch me and please give me any pointers. I learned so much today. I feel so much better knowing that my form is solid.
