Chest - Back

Incline Press - 290 - 5X5*
Flat Press - 315 - 10X1**
Deadlifts - 315 - 10X3***


*PR, the weight absolutely flew up. Smooth motion. I can add more!
**PR. Smooth motion. Reps were powerful and smooth.
***PR, I have only done singles. Never did a work set with reps.

workout time was 1 hour. I needed the extra rest and it paid off. I am new to deadlifting. Luckily for me there was an Olympic lifting wizard in the gym. He was perfoming heavy cleans, power cleans, snatches, and oly squats. I asked him to watch me and please give me any pointers. I learned so much today. I feel so much better knowing that my form is solid. :) I also lost half a pound in the mens locker room after deadlifts :)

Thanx for the compliment man. I have been training for 6 years since 97'. Had a back injury that stopped it all in 97'. Prior to the injury I had trained for 4 years.
10 years of weight training mixed in with basektball. Limited overall gains because of overtraining. Lean muscle nonetheless.

But I must confess, I am confused...are those 10 singles on the flat bench, and 10 sets of 3 for the deadlift, or 1 set of 10 and 10 3 setsx10 reps respectively?

My guess is the latter.
