wondering if and how i should alter my powerlifitng schedule now that i am soon to be starting an 8 week cycle of test at 500mg a week and then tapering down from there. i know while bodybuilding the user should train more frequently and with more intensity techniques; is it the same for powerlifting? this is not my first cycle, just my first one while using training more geared to powerlifting. should i go to the gym more often? more sets? any help would be appreciated.
