Tuesdays & Fridays-
3x5 pulls
3x5 cleans
3x5 jerks

is this what you guys are doing??? just curious..Im kinda new to oly lifts & dont want to overtrain...thanks all!!

but I personally would do the pulls after the cleans and Jerks.
Cleans and Jerks work better with reps of 3 and under.
You could do pulls with higher reps like 5.

Lower reps more sets

so instead of 3x5, try 5x3 :)

see how you go, depends on how much weight you use as well.
5x3 for each clean and jerks, maybe too much.

btw CoolCol-- I started wearing a shirt like you suggested (only for oly lifts)...than I strip-down to slutty sports bar when Im done...LOL!!
 
no - same weight you would use for 3x5, but done 5x3 style :)
That will keep your technique clean and speed up.

shirt? I don't recall advising you on that?
