post workout shake

Good thread, I'm basiclly using the smae post work out shake. Will up the glutamine to 10-15g's

Yeah well i wasn't overanalyzing. Yeah I can find 10 brands of oranic bread made with 100% whole wheat FLOURbut this is FLOURLESS Big difference, you were blasting me and you were wrong.
