I am currently on a 16 week cycle looking to gain some lean mass test e, tren e, eq. I workout every other day 2 body parts/day high weight, 8-12 reps about 4 exercises per body part. I drink a mass recovery shake 60 grams carbs malto/dextro imediately post workout. should i then have some solid food about an hour later to help with muscle growth, such as sweet potatoes rice or pasta etc. if so should i go for fast or slow digesting carbs? Thanks
