I almost always get that after training legs.  Its alot worse for me on high rep days.  Just sit down at the gym and relax for a few minutes.  Drink your pw workout drink and chat with the girls for 30 minutes or so, and you'll feel good as new.  I like to take a 30 minute nap immedatiately after I get home from training so, if I still feel naseated it is gone after that.
